Good-bye 2020. As much as havoc as the world saw in our past year, it would be hard to draw any finite conclusions as to how our way of life has or will truly change as a result of the pandemic. It does appear that land has become a more valuable asset. Land has proven to be a financial safe haven as the value of the dollar goes down. In the year of social distancing and the migration away cities, rural land has become an even more desirable investment.
From a real estate standpoint on my end, I had the opportunity to dabble in a couple of properties in Central Virginia and Arizona. Two of which are now under contract.
