With one flip of a calendar page, the New Year brings new perspectives, new resolutions, new ideas and more. For 2020, Baltic Avenue Group is going live to the world as we look for a corner of this world to specialize in. The first property to go for sale will be a parcel in Arizona followed by (hopefully) a parcel in Virginia. As the year progresses, I would like to find a few states, preferably in the Mid-Atlantic, where Baltic Avenue Group can settle. Time will tell. -Jenny
